PURPOSE: To make it possible to sample a target component in a safe state by eliminating riskiness that an inspecting engineer is brought into contact with contaminant substance. CONSTITUTION: A component layer is sampled from a plurality of centrifugally separated component materials in a deaeration tube made of glass or transparent plastic containing a float. When a substance possible to be contaminated like blood is inspected, if the tube is used, an inspecting engineer can measure it without contacting the blood. The tube 2 has the size capable of accommodating the flood of about 1ml, and is filled with low-pressure inert gas. A through hole is formed at the float 6, and the cell group to be sampled is gathered to the hole during the centrifugal separation.
