Circuit for calibration and measurement of error of parameters of electronic measurement devices relating to time, in particular oscilloscopes, containing a stabilized generator, formed from several independent generators which are synchronized and stabilized using a quartz resonator, a dividing circuit connected to a circuit for sequential switching of the calibrated time coefficients, a tuned generator of rectangular wave forms and a reference generator connected to a counting and comparing circuit, which is connected to the circuit of a measurement converter, characterized in that between the stabilized generator (SG) and the dividing circuit (UD) is connected a tuned generator (GC/GP) of rectangular wave forms connected to a dual-position switch (PRP) of calibrated operation and error measurement type, while the dividing circuit (UD) is connected to the counting and comparing circuit (UZP), and to the inputs of the circuit (UPS) used for sequential switching of the calibrated time coefficients is connected a stabilized generator (SG) and a frequency selection circuit (UWC) connected on the other side to the second shaping circuit (UK2), whose output serves as the output (WY tn) of nanosecond pulses, and in addition the output of the circuit (UPS) used for sequential switching of the calibrated time coefficients is connected via the first shaping circuit (UK1) to the time output (WY T) of the system.IMAGE
