The invention refers to a synchronizing device for two different signals using a synchronizing algorithm. The device comprises two programmable dividers D1 and D2, a command logic performed by ports D3, D4, D5, D6, D7, D8, D9, D10, D11, a bistable D12; a second command logic is performed by ports D13, D14, one bistable D15, and one divider D16. The dividers are programmed according to the frequency departure before or ahead of the second signal, or when the signals are in-phase.The device can be used in data remote control in order to synchronize a tact signal with a data signal.
