Air cleaning plant in paint spray booth - comprising one separator removing majority of pollutant particles and final filters to eliminate remainder

Plant for cleaning air polluted with partic. fluid form particles from a paint spray booth incorporates partly one pre-separator in which the major part of the particle content is sepd. and partly one or mroe final cleaning filters in which teh air is freed from the residual pollutants. The pre-separators consists of at least one bed or wall formed by granules of inflammable material through which the air passes in a multiplicity of heterogeneous part flows via the hollow spaces between the garnules. Sepn. of particles occurs by their adhesion to the granule surfaces, and when the granules are satd. they can be removed and destroyed by burning.
