The present invention relates to an extractor hood intended to be used in kitchens above cooking tops, which consists of a hood casing having a lower suction opening and an upper duct for the exhaust of the air, in which hood, between said opening and said duct, there are arranged in the casing two radial blowers (1) sucking on both sides, the admission openings (11, 12) of which and the output of which are connected in flow communication with, respectively, the suction opening and the duct for the exhaust of the air. This hood is characterised in that the radial blowers (1) each consist of a motor (6), on the rotor (5) of which two fan wheels (3, 4) are arranged in a common casing (2). IMAGE
