Production line for fresh, dry pasta nests, with automatic refilling of the containment basins

In a production line for pasta nests (9), in order to automate the operation and hence to reduce the labour cost and avoid operator or employee contact with the said pasta nests, a formation of nests (9) on a panel (1), lined up in double file and spaced apart; a transfer of the said panels into the drying tunnel by means of a gentle thrust on the same, so as to avoid misalignment of the nests; and a gravity feed unit for the nests (9) from the panel (1) into the small basins (10) which will go into the preparation.
