the present invention relates to an internal combustion, four-stroke engine with spark ignition and qualitative feeding realised with two consequential loadings during the suction phase. The first loading consists of an enriched mixture of air and fuel, and it fills in a pre-cam and partly the cylinder too. The quantity of said mixture is controlled by the accelerator. The second loading consists of pure air and it fills up said cylinder.The sparking plug ignites the enriched mixture in the pre-cam and sparking spreads to the other loading of the cylinder, where a poor mixture is produced, thus obtaining full combustion an d maximum performance due to constant compression.
