This industrial invention patent application, falling into multiple categories: open or closed footwear as it is internally equipped with numerous cylindrical, elastic chambers, made from thermal plastic material, overflowing vertically to the lower side of the upper under feet that is made in a single moulding phase; each chamber is equipped with its own air escape opening that is turned towards the upper face of the under foot, therefore to the inside of the footwear where air circulates during walking.
