The present invention concerns a proceeding to be applied mainly to tyres of jeeps, machines for building areas and to move the soil, wherein said machines were damaged in the belt, more precisely in the metallic cables of their tyres, said tyres need to be reconstructed. Tyre reconstruction currently requires the replacement of the damaged layers of the belt, and then hot vulcanisation. Said proceeding increases reconstruction costs and requires special equipment, which are not always available for minor re-constructors. The present proceeding can be implemented even to repair the belt even if tyres do not need to be reconstructed, but it should be implemented only if tyres do not present too much damage. Said proceeding envisages the application of little plates made of metallic cables to gross or vulcanised rubber.
