The present invention concerns an equipment to standardise train or road platform and to form the ground to build trails along train lines or roads. Said equipment comprises a rotor radially provided with grinders to remove the superficial soil layer in train lines or roads. Said rotor is seated inside a container provided with an inlet opening through which soil material is introduced, and an outlet opening provided with a transport device, where said grinders of said rotor send the removed soil. Said transport device, preferably a transport belt, takes away the soil material and sets it out of said container onto the road or train line sides. Said container is provided with an upper support, said support also linking said container with a jib linked to a tool. Said tool is set on a train bogie or on a road vehicle.
