The present invention concerns a protecting and consolidating system for soils, for example high inclined soil, by means of biodegradable sheets (2) laid on the surface (1a) of said soil (1), said sheets being anchored to the ground by a set of flaps (2b) obtained in said sheets and formed during a multiple perforation process (4a) of said sheets (2). Through the sheets holes (2c) plants (3) can be planted into the ground, said plants consolidating the soil with their roots (3a), while said sheets (2) gradually decompose.
