The spindle in this invention is made up of a common support unit to be attached to a central tie-rod. The spindle is a front centre, axially slidable that enters into the body on which the intervention is going to be on and whose outlet runs into independently from the height of the body itself. To this centre is attached a flange that is rotated and to which levers are attached and corresponding tools used to perpendicularly intervene on the body using a cam on different tracts on an external jacket of the spindle equally sliding axially. Elastic recall devices are in place for the resetting the tool. This moves the said external jacket back, causing the intervention, they move from the body with the perpendicular outlet.
