A valve assembly for gas containers for preventing unauthorized fillings includes a body which can be coupled to a container and defines a gas duct which is controlled by a shutter (5) which can be actuated from the outside of the body. The peculiarity of the invention is constituted by the fact that it includes one-way valve means (10) with presettable contrast which are suitable for allowing to deliver gas from the container until a presettable internal residual pressure value is reached.
