A movable sprayer for chemical-liquid treatment of plants growing in rows, in particular in fruit-growing and vine-growing, bears screens (9) on a linkage extending over the rows of plants. The screens have a U-shaped frame (90), in particular of stainless steel, which is equipped at the lower end with a collecting channel (91), from which a return line (96) branches. Suspending devices (93) allow for removable connection to the sprayer. Segments (94) of W-shaped cross-section are stacked in the frame (90), integral spacers (95) ensuring that the spacings between the segments (94) remains the same. The segments (94) lie either perpendicularly, in which case the screen (9) is subdivided by an intermediate channel (92), or obliquely at an angle to the perpendicular. The chemical liquid which does not land on the rows of plants is deposited on the segments (94). IMAGE
