The platform according to the present invention comprises several modular elements, namely a base element 1, an underwater storage tank 2, and a deck 3 which are capable of floating by themselves. The deck has a lobed structure formed of frustoconical hulls 19 and cylindrical hulls 20 separated by vertical radial walls 29 and horizontal reinforcing walls 18 distributed around a central support column 24. The deck is also provided with a central support column 35 along which it can be adjusted in terms of height. The three elements are rigidly assembled to one another by means of assembly cables 16 allowing rapid dismantling and rapid assembly of the elements.
