The improvements of the present invention relate to a hydraulic system and an apparatus. The system comprises a main control distributor, a secondary control distributor, optionally an auxiliary control distributor, an impulsion element, a pressure limiter valve, a conventional oleohydraulic accumulator and the pressurized fluid supply line, and the apparatus comprises a longitudinal drilled hole, a main piston, a main distributor, a series of conduits, a pointer for transmitting impacts, a pressure limiter valve and an oleohydraulic accumulator.
