It comprises the coupling, to each one of the openings of a flexible tubular portion, of a universal insert of tubular configuration and with an external dowel, integral with a universal cylindrical sleeve to which is coupled, with the possibility of separation, the likewise universal head of a conventional-configuration connector, it being impossible mechanically to remove the coupling by means of a U-shaped staple inserted in an annular recess formed in the universal sleeve with double perforation of its cylindrical wall and likewise in the head of the connector housed therein.
