ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE According to the invention, the calibrated rings are obtained by vulcanizing superficially the extrudate extruded or profile at the outlet of an extrusion head (T), and then cutting the extrudate vulcanized into sections by means of a conical cutter (C), and then raboutant hot and under controlled pressure both ends, respectively conical tip and a funnel, each portion (t) to obtain a ring blank, which is then engaged between the half-cavities of a mold (Mo) where it undergoes its shaping and vulcanization by heating of the latter and then a trimming result of a shearing action produced by a thrust device (D) causing the sliding of the half-cavities in the closed position in the frame of the mold, before causing the opening thereof by a device (G) and the clearance of the ring obtained, calibrated and net superficially the invention applies in particular to the manufacture annular or O-rings calibrated joints.
