Voltage-tuned microwave transistor oscillator, and wide-band microwave generator comprising such an oscillator

The oscillator includes a support plate (15) made of a dielectric material comprising a first face, at least partly metallised to form the earth circuit (16) fixing the reference for the oscillator's potentials, and possessing a second face parallel to the first face on which are disposed the components of the oscillator, a resonator and a common-collector configured transistor (4) coupled to the resonator via its base in order to enable the oscillations to be sustained. The transmitter is connected to the earth potential via two capacitors (13, 14). Each capacitor (13, 14) is formed by a first metal plate (17, 18) deposited on the second face of the support plate, and a second metal plate formed by the first metallised face (16) of the support plate. The collector electrode of the transistor is connected to the metallised portion (16) of the first face via a metallised hole (19) connecting the first face to the second face.
