A kind of device and/or method use a computer, and for creating relational database (63,65 and 67), relational database includes multiple relationships and each relationship includes one or more cylinders and row. One column has one or more values, all common traits. The value of each column corresponds to a rows of relationship. Every row includes that each value in some or more values is from different column. The value has one or more characteristics in every row. Relational database is created to occur in three steps. Firstly, the characteristics of to relational database, setting is formed comprising multiple unique values. Second step, for the relational database of each relationship, each set of one or more subsets includes that the relationship of unique value is formed. Each subset includes a set of one or more unique values. The relationship of third, relational database is formed. More specifically, each subset and specific relationship, wherein a column relationship is formed. Subset of each column comprising one or more each unique values, and the correlation in one or more rows occurs for the column of each unique value.
