DIFFUSER FEATURES FOR SPIN-COATED FILMS

To form integrated circuits on a wafer, the diffuser elements are arranged next to topographic features such that when the film is formed by spin coating by integrated circuits with liquid precursor, the liquid spreading is, by compared to nearby diffuser elements of topographical features, so as to minimize the formation of contrails allegedly caused by topographic features.
