摘要
The assembly has a flexible strip to carry a grip as the oscillating warp drawing-in unit. The channel guide for the gripper strip is interrupted at the harness elements. The movement of the warp through the grip is supported and a slit opening is the exit of the drawn-in warp from the guide. Pref. the yarn is carried in a clamping action which is fixed by the supports. The guide forms a channel which matches the cross-section of the warp drawing-in unit with a support to apply elastic pressure at one side against the grip . The elastic pressure can also be applied by two clamping pads, with limit stops to define their action against the sides. The guide channel is formed by a groove worked into a profile rod with a slit opening at its open side formed by a cover while the clamping pad is in the base of the groove. The channel has interruptions along its length for reciprocating ejection levers to move across the channel towards the slit opening for the warps. The ejection levers are moved between two positions through the channel breaks, as finger-shaped units operated pneumatically. Alternatively, the ejection levers project from a rotating hub, to move periodically in and out of the channel breaks through the hub rotation. The ejection mechanism is monitored. At the rear end of the gripper strip stroke path, near where it changes direction, the clamping action of the grip is released after the warp has been successfully drawn into place, where the channel opens out in a funnel shape and the yarn is carried by the grip only through friction. At the rear end of the channel, an interruption in the channel guide allows transfer units to take the end of the warp using a yarn clamp, a gripping surface for the yarn and a suction jet. The gripping surface is near the edge of the suction jet or forms the suction jet. ADVANTAGE - The unit to draw in the warp yarn has a trouble-free operation, without damage to the yarn surface. The guide channel allows higher working speeds with increased reliability and confidence that the warp will be laid in the correct harness components.
