In pneumatic stowing lines which can be folded over in a closed run, line sections consisting of individual pipe sections are connected to one another in holders with mechanically operated couplings. Inside such a holder, a line section designed as a discharge pipe can be swivelled towards the goaf via an actuating device in adaptation to the swivelling radius of the pneumatic stowing line. So that the tight placement of the goaf can be readily controlled and in order to ensure a space-saving type of construction, the frame-like holders (4) are designed to be retractable and extendable drawer-like via guide elements (10, 14; 12, 13, 16), the fixed U-shaped part (5), open towards the goaf (24), of the holder (4) being connected to the outgoing pneumatic stowing line (3) and the displaceable part (6) of the holder being connected to the incoming pneumatic stowing line (2) (Fig. 1).
