According to the invention: said assembly of patterns (16) is formed on a face of a plastically deformable flat support (10); said flat support (10) is applied, by being deformed, against said surface (20) of complex shape; and said deformed flat support is connected to said surface (20) of complex shape. The invention finds an advantageous application in the production of reflectors for antennas.
