A portable water-treatment device consists of a container (1) with an upper opening. In this opening is placed a plastic insert (3) with a valve section (6) having a stopper (7) for closing the water flow passage (8). This stopper has two penetrations (16) in which are a short inlet pipe (11) and a long outlet pipe (9), each of which has a filter (10). External screwed connections (17, 18) are provided in the stopper penetrations as inlet and outlet points. USE/ADVANTAGE - Used for treatment of water or other liquids, e.g. in laboratories, photographic industries, households, drinks industries, kitchens, dishwashing machines etc. The device is very easily and quickly moved and installed, and is very economical to produce. A wide variety of treatment resins can be used for different applications.
