The telescopic mast with a height of above 30m, comprises an outer circular tube containing a square cross-section tube of equal length, in turn containing an inner circular tube. The square cross-section and inner circular tubes are extended via associated cables. USE/ADVANTAGE - Low prodn. costs and rapid assembly of mast e.g. for supporting wind force measuring appts.
