The beam splitter with at least one TE/TM beam splitting platelet and a 3dB beam splitting platelet in optical interconnection. They are coupled to local laser light sources and are arranged on a support body. The rectangular TE/TM beam splitting platelet of small thickness is divided into two TE/TM beam splitting platelet (P1, 4) by a 3dB beam splitting platelet (P3). One from surface of the TE/TM beam splitting platelets is each connected orthogonally to one of the opposite jacket surface of the 3dB beam splitting platelet. Simultaneously the jacket surfaces protrude over both TE/TM beam splitting platelets, with their jacket surfaces mutually aligned and their front surfaces parallel. USE/ADVANTAGE - For optical fibre transmission technique, with compact design and low-cost adjustment as part of suitable receiver.
