The electronic appts uses a warning lamp (15) in series with a transistor switch (T1) coupled at its control electrode to a voltage divider tap-off terminal. A second voltage divider tap-off terminal is coupled to a control line (L1) providing a potential valve (UADC) characterising the fault condition of the electronic appts. Pref. the warning lamp (15) is connected in the collector circuit of the transistor (T1), the transistor emitter coupled to earth via a resistor (R5) and its base coupled to the voltage divider (R2,R3,R4,R6). USE - For vehicle passenger safety system, e.g. belt or airbag system.
