The inlet (6) at the proximal end of the tubular part (2) is provided for the introduction of a medical liq. The coupling part (7) can be connected to the ultrasonic oscillator (8) and is joined to the distal tubular part. The ultrasonic vibrating element (3) is located at the distal end of the latter. The tubular part is of plastics material and has a dia. of from 1 to 10 mm and provides a channel (4) for passing the medical liq. The vibrating element is of ceramic and has a height of from 1 to 10 mm and central bore (9) of dia. from 0.5 to 9mm. The coupling part and viibrating element are coupld via lead wires (10) on or in the wall of the distal tubular part (2).
