Three=phase linear motor for magnetically-levitated high-speed train - has stator with bolts fitted in slots of metal plate laminated core rails and joined by conductive bridges
The linear motor has an elongate stator configuration with electrically conductive, insulated copper bolts (1,2), conductive U-shaped copper bridges (3,4) and stator laminated core rails. The stator bolts have three different lengths arranged sequentially and located in respective stator slots along the laminated core rails. Each pair of adjacent bolts is mechanically coupled together via the copper bridges by pressing the end (7) of each bolt in a blind bore (8) provided by the bridge. ADVANTAGE - Simple pre-fabrication of track sections.
