Three-storey dove cote - incorporates dirt pans and avoids birds fouling each other

The 4-sided dove-house, in three storeys of different size mounted on a rectangular upright (3), is designed so that the doves cannot foul each other, but the droppings fall into pans (1,2) installed with hinges (6,7) on rectangular ducting (5). The pans contain rainwater from the roof, or floating litter. A sieve (13) is installed on the front end of the pan, to screen off excess rainwater. The pan can be emptied by releasing a catch. USE/ADVANTAGE - The dovecote provides a good roost where the birds are contented and happy to stay, without fouling each other.
