Levelling material for flattening esp. plaster surfaces - contains anhydrite and fluidised coal bed ash

Levelling material for flattening the rough surface of a non-horizontal base is madee up of anhydrate and fluidised bed ash resulting from the firing of fuel contg. S, esp. coal, in a fluidised bed plus sufficient water to produce a paste consistency. A rapidly setting substance such as calcium sulphate semi-hydrate is added to the material. The material contains 30-70 wt.% anhydrite, pref. 40-60 wt.%. The content of fluidised bed ash is 20-60 wt.% pref. 30-50 wt.%. 2-10, pref. 4-7 wt.% quick setting substance is added to the material. The ratio of anhydrite:ash is 1:1 to 4:1 pref. 3:2 to 4:3. USE/ADVANTAGE - Esp. levelling plaster floors prior to laying carpet, etc. The levelling material can be placed on a still moist surface and will bond well and form a hard surface after setting.
