The unwinding device for electric cables (8) comprises a fixed housing (1) and a movable rotary shaft (6) containing ball bearings having an outer ring (2), inner ring (5) and balls (3) which make the electric connection. The rotary shaft (6) rotates both clockwise and anticlockwise if a twisting force is brought about by moving a hand held device such as an electro device (12), a cable connector (13) or a telephone hand set (17). USE/ADVANGAGE - No need to consider resistance. Particularly used in telephone systems. Prevents cables becoming twisted and knotted. Also used in drilling and grinding machines.
