A pref. satellite-based position measurement equipment (2) and a combat simulator (3) supplying data on e.g. gunnery, hits, quantity of ammunition, and vehicular operating conditions are linked to a radio transceiver (5) by a device (4) which filters out insignificant data. At the central station (7) a reference satellite receiver (11) enhances the accuracy of positional data processed by a computer (8) after statistical redn. (10) for display (12) overlaid with a terrain map (13). ADVANTAGE - Instantaneous positions of all vehicles participating in engagement can be presented in form of general picture at central processing station.
