The cutter cuts chops and cutlets into vertical slices. It consists of a trough like container with spring steel clamps (4,6) fixed laterally to the front (4) and rear (5) sides respectively of the trough. The clamps press against the sides of the cutlet (2) to hold it firm, and are equipped with a damper (7) at their free ends. The damper consists of a plastic block in a sleeve attached to the clamp and on the other side of the block is a spring loaded activator. USE/ADVANTAGE - The cutlet is completely stabilised so that the cuts are made parallel to each other with a constant thickness of slice.
