Floating solar mirror tray with pivoting mechanism - does not require frequent removal of dust or land site to avoid problems with other land owners

A floating solar mirror tray with concave curvature focusses the incident solar radiation in the region of an elongated, pref. straight focal line. The mirror tray has a pivoting mechanism which allows it to tilt in a direction essentially perpendicular to the focal line, so that the mirror follows the path of the sun during the day and so that the solar radiation remains focussed in the region of the mirror's focal line. USE/ADVANTAGE - Avoids conventional disadvantages of requiring frequent removal of dust and land ownership problems since it floats out to sea, pref. outside the 200 mile zone.
