The flow-duct has a throttle valve (2) the pivot axle (3) of which goes through the flow-duct (1). The throttle valve (2) is curved longitudinally along the flow duct's (1) curve. When the throttle valve (2) is closed, its periphery (4) rests on the straight section (5) of the flow duct (1). ADVANTAGE - The curved flow duct with a throttle valve encourages flow.
