A bearer fillet (3) engages the locking rail (2), in the lower position of which it is unlocked, and in the upper position is locked. The bearer fillet is firmly connected to the one edge of a flexible sheet. On the adjacent side edge of the movable window pane (5) is fitted a pick-up fillet (6,10), to which the opposing edge of the flexible sheet is fixed. The locking rail (2) has a bend end piece (7) serving as hand grip, and in its upper position with the bearer fillet locked engages with a cam in a corresp. deepened section in the fillet. The pick-up fillet (6,10) is of the hollow magazine type, and contains a spring-loaded winding drum. USE - As a draught deflector for a tipping and rotary tipping window.
