An electrical coupling section includes an insulating material housing which can accomodate plug contacts. The housing consists of a number of individual components which are sprayed with a plastic coating. All individual components are tubular and a sepn. point is formed in the circumferential direction. The sepn. point runs through the middle of at least one meltable rib, so that one half of the rib is on one part of the base member, and the other half is on the other part of the base member.
