An inwards tapered fine strainer (2) is set into an opening (1) in the floor of the container to cover the runoff trough (3), and has at its lowest point an aperture for a combination of two coarser strainers (8,9) and a finest strainer (10). Particles retained esp. by the latter are removed more effectively by virtue of an annular space (14) which lies between the intermediate and finest strainers (9,10) and opens downwards through an annular gap (22) into the drain (7). ADVANTAGE - Optimal removal of dirt by pumping of the rinsing liq. follows unimpeded filtration during circulation.
