The machine is used for distributing seed and/or fertilisers. It has a hopper, dosing devices, and individual distributor ducts, has blocking-off devices on some of the ducts, e.g. for marking the travel lanes. The blocking-off is done by a flow of air, which runs transversely to or against the actual direction of covneying in the distributor duct. USE/ADVANTAGE - Individual distributor ducts can be connected e.g. for marking the travel lanes, without the need for mechanical devices to close off these distributor ducts.
