The regulation system detects the frequency shift (Delta f) for the incoming frequency (f1) converted via a D/A converter (20) into a regulating voltage fed to a summator (30), also receiving a phase difference regulating voltage provided by a second D/A converter (90). A voltage-controlled oscillator (40) provides a frequency signal (f2) which mirrors the incoming fequency (f1) with respective counters (501, 502) for measuring both these frequency (f1, f2), their phases compared to obtain the phase difference. Pref. a low-pass filter is inserted between the second D/A converter (90) and the summator (30). USE - For quasi coherent synchronisation of different frequencies.
