A circuit for supplying several individual electronic entertainment equipment units (VCR) and a common device (3) connected to the units has common device signal ouptuts (2a,2b) connected to signal inputs (1a,1b) of the units and a mains connection (11) connected to mains outputs (5a,5b) of the units. These mains outputs, which only pass voltages when the units are switched on, are connected to a microprocessor (16) which operates switches (8a,8b). The switches connect the mains connection of the common device to the mains output of only one of the individual units. USE/ADVANTAGE - The individual units can be video recorders, televisions or radio receivers and the common device a satellite receiver tuner, a camera or other audio or video signal source. Power distribution short circuits are prevented and special cable is not required.
