The silicon element (11) photo-receiver (8) has a multi-layer colour filter (18) inserted in its light path, the passage conduit of which together with the relative spectral sensitivity of the photo-receiver provides a sensitivity conduit correspondence to the evolution of the V(lambda) light sensitivity degree, so that the relative evaluation of the spectral light portions corresponds to human visual ability. The photo-receiver can be aligned after exapansion and/or direction with a variable area within the illumination field of the illuminating device. The silicon photo element (11) is operated with a very small load resistance or is connected behind a current amplifier with a very small input resistance. An additional spread disc (19) is provided in the light path of the photo-receiver. ADVANTAGE - To overcome problems with lighting inner rooms, where super position of various light sources occurs, particular day light and mixed light.
