A combination supply and return air apparatus for cooling excessively warm rooms comprises an air supply ventilator (2) and a return air ventilator (4) in parallel separate channels (1,3). The ventilators (2,4) are mounted over power driven turbines (15) revolving on a shaft (14) in front of outlet openings (16) in the air channels (1,3). The direction of suction (18) in the suction opening is the same as the air flow (6,11). USE/ADVANTAGE - Requires less energy because there is minimum loss of flow.
