摘要
The fuel fired burner is supplied with a metered fuel flow and a regulated airflow. To start the burn, irrespective of temperature, a first start attempt is made with the normal airflow e.g. that airflow corresponding to normal operating temperatures. If this start fails then a restart is tried with a reduced airflow. The airflow is progressively reduced until burn is achieved, when the normal airflow is reset. If the burn is not started after a set number of attempts than a flushing sequence clears unburnt fuel and the next start sequence starts at a lower airflow level. If no burn is achieved within a set programme then a failure mode is indicated and the system switched off. ADVANTAGE - Reduced emission products, simple start control for burner.
