At the lower end of a rectangular tube (1) of the table frame, on the inner parts of two opposite sides, tabs (2) are formed, each of which has at least one cam (8) on its inner sides and at differing heights. A piston (3) stands downwards on the floor, and in it is a movable claw (5) on which the cams locate. By virtue of a ledge (9) on the piston, a min. distance between the floor and the rectangular tube is maintained. The claw (5) is movable by means of a lever (4). The cams (8) are inclined downwards on their under edge, and the claw (5) is correspondingly inclined upwards on its upper edge. ADVANTAGE - A height adjustment arrangement for a table which is simply produced and easy to assemble.
