Ring spinning frame giving reduced friction and periodical measures - has vertical conveyor band with connectors to attach to cop plates to transport cops and tubes

Vertical conveyor band transports cops and tubes on cop plates along at least one side of textile machines. Top of the band has a connector which engages in the bottom of the cop plate. Pref. a conveyor with studplates or pegtrays to carry cops or tubes runs around both sides of a ring spinning frame, for doffing. Conveyor band (12) is vertical and has lengths of approximately one metre long side profile (15,16) which may be clasped or bolted on. This runs in the Al profile (13,14). ADVANTAGE - Design reduces friction and periodical pressures which cause congestion and damage to equipment. The arrangement is compact and economical, and may be fitted on site.
