The invention relates to a board for use as a holder adaptable to the handle of a supermarket trolley to enable a customer to clip his or her shopping list to it in order to consult it and if required add to it while shopping. The board consists of a plate 1, fixed underneath which are one or more clips 2 with spring-action pivots 7, their jaws 8 being intended to be brought pincer-fashion over the handle 3 of the trolley when their ends 9 are opened and then closed by pressure on the little connecting plate 4 connecting the two clips 2.
