A solid fuel propellant moulding system, designed to form a block contg. heat conductors which control combustion, consists of moulding an initial section of the block, forming a lengthwise portion of it, and placing one or all of the heat conductors against one or more of its surfaces. A second section of the block is then moulded, using a mould in which at lesat one part is formed by the heat conductor(s) of the initial section. Other sections of the block are made in the same manner. The heat conductors may be in the form of wires placed against the inner and/or outer surfaces of each section. ADVANTAGE - Simpler and more convenient block moulding.
